Didactical commentary:

Exercises for tone quality complement those on breathing that laid the basis for a good sound production. Not only the fingering of a tone should be important to the children, but also how it sounds. Depending on the children’s age, games and exercises are recommended as formulated above or in a version that is oriented more cognitively, i.e. with stricter criteria.

A quality instrument is important for achieving a beautiful tone. Advice: early music im Ibach-Haus/Stephanie Göbel
